A tribute to all veterans and a memorial to Aline native Pvt. Harold G. Kiner, the Community Veterans Memorial was dedicated by the Aline American Legion Kiner-Ryel Post #152 through local fundraising efforts that began in 2007. Along with getting close up to a full-size WW II airplane, visitors can learn about Pvt. Kiner's heroic service to America and how he posthumously was awarded the Medal of Honor.
